The Golden Peanut warehouse property is located in the industrial park in Clarksdale, Ms. The site encompasses roughly 25 acres and is adjacent to the county-owned railroad spur. The facility has an office building, shop and large peanut warehouse and other supporting improvements. The improvements were originally built in 2013 and were used for a peanut buying point for several years. It has been out of use for around three years. The office contains 3,158 square feet and is a metal-frame building with an average interior finish. The peanut storage building measures 120' by 480'. The interior is divided into three sections. It has a covered truck - Trailer dump pit with a 90' elevator leg and hydraulic truck lifts and belt conveyors for moving the peanuts into the warehouse. It was licensed for 26,210 tons of peanuts. The shop building is a metal-frame building with overhead doors.
